hello, i download adobe creative cloud, and i would like to dowload after effect and photoshop, but i've got error 403 and i can't download.

How can i fixed that. I try to find but no solution yet.

I ve got macbook pro 2021 M1.

Are you running a firewall software? If so this may be the cause. Perhaps temporarily disable it.

I approve in firewall Adobe.
But it didn't work.
Like if I disconnect the firewall I ve got the same message.
I m blocked . I try to find in some chat but no answer yet.
I m not the only one to have the same problem.
