Adobe Media Encoder not loading queue

I'm getting really tired of using Adobe software. I've been paying lots of money for the last 10-15 years and all that is happening is that the software is getting worse and worse with a lot of errors and bugs as if it was a new born software.

One of my main issues right now is that Media Encoder is not loading my render queue from After Effects. I have done everything, updated all apps, installed and re-installed, reset the preferences folder by renaming it (Which worked for half a day, and then I got back the same problem again).

Is there anyone at Adobe caring about the customers anymore? And are there any permanent fixes to this issue? I cannot spend an hour each day just trying to solve Adobe software problems.

Sorry, but that's really not that useful. Without any system information or details about things like hardware acceleration settings and such as well as the contents of the projects you are trying to render, render settings and so on it will be impossible to even make a crude guess on whether that's just the millionth bug or just a configuration issue. The only thing I'm aware of is that apparently this stuff does not work at all on M1 Macs currently and it also appears to be not working on some other Macs. For anything outside that you really have to be much more specific and provide the relevant information.
