Adobe Programs Flicker and Lags

Hey there!

First of all, my problem is in all adobe products; flickering screen and lagging.

The computer I use is pretty new, like three days old. Also, it's a desktop and uses win 10 Pro.
I have RTX 3070 Ti as a graphic card
AMD Ryzen 9 5900x
32 GB Ram
500 GB Samsung SSD

Using dual monitor with 240hz and 165hz (I tried to take them both to 60hz nothing happened)

So the main problem is;
While I'm dragging the scene or changing a "comp" it flickers the whole screen. Like a 1-millisecond after's interior sections go black and come back, you know how flicker works.
That also happens in Ai & Ps. But not in other programs I'm using for designing or 3D modeling.
When it comes to lag, everything is lagging. Zoom in&out, also dragging, create a new shape, etc.
While it's not the place for this topic to mention, I want to; while I'm zooming in&out on Ai, its lags like 1200 ms ping in a game.

I'm also using "studio ready driver" from Nvidia Geforce.

I need help on this; It's driving me crazy. Also, sorry for lacking English.

• Check to esnure you're using the latest GPU drivers available.

• Make sure you're using the latest versions of Adobe applications, and that your OS is fully up to date.

• Disconnect one of the monitors from the computer to see if anything changes.

• In Preferences > Display, try turning off "Hardware Accelerate Composition, Layer and Footage Panels"

• In Preferences > Video Preview, try diabling "Mercury Transmit".

• In File > Project Settings > Video Rendering and Effects, try disabling or enabling GPU acceleration.

I don't think RTX 3070 Ti cannot handle 2 monitors at once but let me try that,
the others are already been tried yet nothing has changed.
I believe there might be 2 reasons I have this problem;
1- It's just about hardware,
2- Thermal paste is too new to handle the best performance of the hardware.

Thank you for your reply!
