AE 17.7 Rotoscope Frame Rate Mismatch

Question

I am getting a warning "Frame Rate Mismatch, or footage with fields found. For best Roto Brush & Refine Edge results, set the composition to 398.019 ftp so match the layer source"

This is confusing me because I created a brand new composition at 1080p 60fps. Then imported 1 video that was shot ion my iPhone 11 Pro at 1080p 60fps (not variable frame rate).

The video is a vegetable on a Lasy Susan spinning around. There is green paper behind it, and on the Lasy Susan, and am trying to rotoscope it to remove the background. The reason I am trying to rotoscope it is because I cannot get a good resulting using the effect Linea Colour Key because there are some shadows.

How is AE thinking my frame rate is almost 400fps when both the composition and the imported video are at 60 fps?! Is this why rotoscoping is so painfully slow?

Render the Time Remapped footage and then use the resultant footage for Rotobrushing/Rotoscoping.
You shouldn't mix any time changes or aspect ratio or footage resizing when using the RotoBrush, Warp Stabilizer or Camera Tracker.

Update: I just remembered the original footage was about a minute long, and I used a Time Remap to shorten it to 10 seconds. Is this why? Because I have condensed many more frames in to a shorter time? If so how can I 'bake in' the time remap (for want of a better phrase) so that rotoscoping is done on the shortened video?
