Ae 2020 distortion on figures

Working on a project that I started in April, the main figure's face narrowed vertically! With a time crunch I just went back into Photoshop, distorted from my angle, left it with the same title & PremierPro accepted it. The video flowed "okay" [   https://youtu.be/mZrbrWlONyI  ] with a lot of motion editing.

Now, making a flow of a hand of cards is NOT working. It initially shows with the vertical narrowed, then when rotated it becomes a shifted parallelogram!

I have been working with After Effects for at least 8 years & have NEVER had a problem like this before.
