AE 2020 starts very slowly

Hi! I have a problem that has long since I have been with AE 2020 and with me: if my PC is online After Effects and Media Encoder use over 2.5 minutes to start and all operations are slower. I have to disconnect my network to work regularly. Thank you

In addition to what Shivangi mentioned, are you using any third-party plug-ins? If so, try removing them and see if it brings any change.

My Third-Party plug-ins are only "4D Cinema" and Video Copilot "Saber". It's okay I'll try to uninstall them. Also read my answer to Shivangi. Thank you

Hi! I only uninstalled "Saber" because "C4D Lte" is not removable, but nothing has changed. This situation is very annoying because, if I am disconnected from the network, I cannot communicate or receive data. Instead, if I start working with the active connection, many operations are slower, including start of AE and rendering with "Media encoder". Thanks

Hi there,

This does not sound ideal. After Effects taking 2.5minutes to launch is not normal. Could you share more info for troubleshooting?

 

Did you test the issue after rebooting the computer?

Please share your system details(OS, RAM, GPU, etc).

Yes i did it. My system: Dell Aurora-R6, i7-7700K CPU 4.20 GHz, RAM 64 GB, Windows 10 Pro 19042.804, NVIDIA GeForce GTX Titan X graphics card with 12 GB of GDDR5X. In recent days I discovered that the problem occurs only when I am connected to the network. AE stops, with the message "Cleaning - Anywhere ..." for over 2 minutes and then starts regularly. If I disconnect the network everything works normally. The same thing happens with Media encoder. This problem showed up from the AE 17.5 update. Thank you
