AE 2021 error at launch

Hi! I keep getting that error when I try to launch After Effects 2021. reinstalled it twice now and still getting the same thing. Does anyone have a magic fix?

Hello! Thank you for your suggestion. What I ended up having to do was find both the msvcr110.dll and msvcp110.dll files online. I downloaded them and basically copy pasted them into the system32 folder. and it worked. I have no idea how they even went missing. but at least it's fixed now.
