AE 2021: suddenly one of my shapes became blurred

Hi,

at the beginning of creating a simple animation one of the shapes (bezier objects) was sharpen. At some point, however, for some reason the shape is displayed only pixelated. Hier a screen shot within AE, zoomed to 200% – compare the pixalated left object (from a morph sequence) with the right one:

 

 

I tried several things, e.g. described here: https://motionarray.com/learn/after-effects/after-effects-not-rendering/

And removed some simple effects, e.g. shadows.

... but without success 😞 

 

Any idea?

Without seeing your artwork fully or understanding how it was created originally we can't tell you much. Since the jagginess already appears without continuous rasterization, chances are you made a mess already by applying soem effect or an appearance setting in Illustrator. Either way, you simply need to provide more info, including the timeline with the shapes revealed and selected.

But now I have a medium quality of all objects. Not really pixelated, but not really sharp as in my first versions of my animation.

 

Previous version: left object sharp, right one pixelated:

 

After activating the layer option mentioned in the video I got a "quality between":
