Ae 2022 Crash

Hi guys!

I'm working on a Macbook Pro M1 16Gb, OS Monterey.
Since the 2022 release every aps works, fully.  It's better than the 2021 version.


BUT...
I cannot launch After Effects with the new release.

It crash at every Launch... 

<1071779> <GPUManager> <2> Sniffer Result Code: 11

 

I've tried to get back to the 2021 version, uninstalling AE 2022, no success.

I didnt have AE Plugins as AEJuice.... 

I have to render a projet on wednesday.....

After asking the Adobe Desk, i've delete AE Juice plugin. It run's faster than before

I'm running AE 2022 on Windows. It crashes constantly. No error msg. It just shuts down. Bascially, AE 2022 is unusable, at least in my case. Can't get back to the previous version. Bascially, I'm screwed!

Hi, I can't use it either. Brand new Dell Inspiron laptop, 16GB RAM, simple little tutorial is all I'm trying to do, and it keeps freezing up the composition pane. I can't click on anything. And then I can't save, because it goes to 'not responding'. Every time. 

 

Using AE 2022 and Windows 11.

Im using macbook pro and im also facing the same issue after the recent update.

Sorry for the crash.

Did you check both the locations?

  1. HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/Plugins/7.0/MediaCore
  2. Applications/Adobe After Effects 2022/Plug-ins/

I'd suggest removing not just the AEJuice but all the third-party plug-ins and test.

Intenta hacer una desinstalación profunda con la aplicación Creative Cloud Cleaner e intenta instalar la versión 2021 para que puedas trabajar hasta que se solucionen algunos issues que están apareciendo con las nuevas versiones entre sistemas operativos y la última versión de Ae. Además de cualquier versión que estés utilizando, mantén actualizado todo lo más que puedas las versiones que tengas del sistema operativo y las versiones de las aplicaciones de Adobe. No necesariamente Upgrade, solo has un Update.
