I just download creative cloud and AE 2022 and the app won't open. There is no error message that pops up it just does nothing when I click 'open'. Im on windows 10

i had to get in touch with the IT team and they got it fixed for me

Navigate to task manager by hitting Ctrl + Shift + Esc and click "show details" if you haven't already. Next navigate to the Details and find the task called "AfterFX.exe" and right click and end it. After allie this is done, try opening AE again,
