AE 2022 on Monterey 12.3.1 crashes on launch

Hi all, trying to access the collective wisdom here. Macbook Pro 2019. Just upgraded to 12.3.1 yesterday so that Premiere Pro would stop crashing on exports. Worked like a charm. Photoshop works fine too. But Now I can't open up AE. Keeps crashing on launch. I've updated all the Adobe apps I use but still nothing. I'm attaching a screengrab of the error message. I'm not even sure if going back to the previous version of AE would work or if it's Monterey-related. Has anyone tried?

I can't see the attached image that you mentioned. Would you mind sharing it again along with your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM)?
