AE 2023 failed to write XMP metadata at Windows 11

After Effects 2023 failed to write XMP metadata every time I tried to export video in mp4 (H.264).
I have Windows 11, and I allready tried to find solutions like:
1. I cleaned the disk so that there is more memory (every disks on my Laptop),
2. I deleted all temporary files and AE cache.
3. The standard solutions offered by Adobe for Windows 10 do not work in my case, obviously.
4. I've updated AE, reinstalled, tried to change XMP settings, tried to render in other formats like Avi, quicktime, but I need mp4, whatever I did, nothing helped. I tried to render a short animation for 4 seconds on a friend's laptop (as I already did on my laptop), and guess what? It was working fine before the AE update yesterday, as soon as it updated it won't render anymore. In addition, after clicking the "render" button, a couple of seconds pass and AE automatically closes instantly.

Please help, maybe someone faced this and found a solution?
