AE 2023, keep crashing when i load in c4d render image seq

when i import any sequence rendered from c4d (PNG or TIF) and makes a composition out of it.

AE crashes saying "crashed while invoking rednering cinema 4d plugin"

Please help.

Sorry for your issue.

To troubleshoot the issue properly, please share the following details.

  1. What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)?
  2. Are you able to import a PNG or TIFF from a different source and create a composition with it?

Create a new empty composition, go in the composition settings, change the 3D renderer to Standard 3D. AE will remeber this setting from this point and create new comps with this setting. From there you can investigate this further. Anything more would require system info and other specific details, anyway.
