AE 2023 layer lag in the timeline

Hello everyone and sorry for my bad english.

My specs:
Windows 11 Pro
AMD Ryzen 9 5950X
Motherboard ASUS ROG STRIX X570-E GAMING
(RAM) 64.0 GB
Driver MSI RTX 3080 Gaming Z Trio LHR 517.48

 

I'm using the latest version of Adobe products, but I'm having terrible latency. When I move a layer on the timeline, the layer moves slowly and its position is random, it moves after I release the mouse button. I have a video explaining the problem, I only have one solid layer on my computer. And the more layers, the stronger the hang. I tried disabling multiframe rendering but nothing changed. Reverting to old drivers does not help.
