AE 2023 timecode error

I'd like to ask what a strange system was introduced that the compositions now start from frame 1 and it doesn't match with timecode. so frame 1 is 00:00:00 and frame 0 is -00:00:01 ?. How can we go back to previous timecode numbering as this is completely wrong?!
