AE 2023. wav imported and played back. audio drops out.

AE 23.0.0 build 59

1. import a wav file,

2. put it into a new HD comp

3. and play it back.

expected results: smooth audio playback, that tracks perfectly with displayed audio waveforms, and a time scrubber that keeps up with the exact time of playback.

results: ~2 seconds from the playhead, the audio will drop out, for a beat or 2. 

I discovered this bug while testing 2 OTHER audio bugs. AE doesn't display it's waveforms properly... they are offset in time. and Ae doesn't seem to be able to keep the time scrubber in sync with the actual playback time, for comps with audio.
