AE 23/22, Blur not working on solid

Hi,

if i do a new comp in AE 23, add a solid and put blur on it, no matter if fast box or gaussian, it does not effect the solid.

Could not believe it and tried in AE 22.6, same there, no blur.

Tried in AE 17.7 and it works.

What's going on here?
Is this just on my system or does anybody experience the same?

Try switching Repeat Edge Pixels off and on.

that works, thanks, but it's definitely a bug.

I hope they fix this soon.
