AE 23.5 is NOT releasing RAM

So I have yet another issue with AE. This time, when I go to purge memory and disc cache, AE is NOT releasing the RAM. I trying to purge, then re-preview and it only previews acouple of frames. I check memory stats and its showing 56gb of RAM being utilized. When I shut the software down and relaunch, the ram is freed. But this happens every couple of minutues making it impossible for me to animate. 

I am only building a basic particle animation with trapcode form, it isnt anything overly complex.

My computer is a new Dell XPS15 with a i913900H 64gb of RAM and a RTX 4070
