Hi, can anyone share the upgrade from version 23 to 23.6.x for macOS or its installer? I've spoken to Adobe and they only give me version 23. My computer doesn't support v24, so I'm looking for the latest update to 23. Thanks for reading.

Thanks for the post and welcome to the forum. That specific version of After Effects is not available for download. Please use 23.x until you can update your hardware.
Individual installers are not available for that version, all downloads are via Creative Cloud. No one has an installer for the version you're looking for. Users aren't allowed to distribute software either. Sorry for the frustration.
