AE 2024 crashes when saving project

 

I have tried below mentioned things..

1- Update After Effect

2- Re Installed AE

3- Update GPU driver

Plz suggest any other sulution.

Sorry to hear about the crash. Please share the following details so that we can understand the issue better:

1. What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)?

2. Does it happen with all the projects or a particular one?

3. Do you get any error messages or crash reports?

Below is the details..
 
1- System specifications
 
CPU - Intel(R) Xeon(R) Gold 6234 CPU @ 3.30GHz   3.29 GHz  (2 processors)
GPU- NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090
RAM - 128 GB
OS - Window 11 Pro (23H2)
 
2- This happen with all projects
 
3- Error - "After Effects error: Crash in progress. Last logged message was: <3856><BEE_MiscTasks><5> Set Artisan Task: Classic 3D"

Thanks for sharing the details, Purendra. It could be a user account permission related issue. Try running After Effects as admin (right-click its icon and select Run as administrator). If that doesn't help, try changing the permissions as suggested in the following article: https://adobe.ly/3X18wkS
