AE 3D export

Hello,

when i export a video with lots of 3d effect in AE ita takes me hours. And, if i make a little change in the project, i have to export it again.

Does anybody have experience with exporting images from AE, import it with Premiere pro, add the audio and export it to a video. I think there are benefits:

- small changes can be done, only a few frames have to be exported from AE.

- the export time is shorter, in some way the AE 3d comp export to images is easyer then export to a H265 video format..

does anybody have some experience with this way of working? And maybe you've got some tips for me?!
