AE can't close itself.....

First i close project. Then i close after effects and i use "exit"...... And after effects waiting long time to close yourself...... then i started after effects it popup a notification screen says "last time you did not close after effects properly" or something like this..... What is the after effects problem 8?

    Which version of After Effects are you using? Do you have software such as Maxon's Supercomp or Mister Horse, Animation Composer? Older versions of those have issues that impact AE closing down.
