AE cannot confirm license.......

So now this...

I restarted AE and now I get a message saying AE cannot confirm my subscription (try again/continue offline) suggesting I don't have an internet connection. Choosing "try again" just closes AE. Continuing offline result in a message saying I can keep working for 4 days. So now I work "offline" and try to render in ME but ME just keeps connecting to dynamic link server forever and nothing happens.

Yes, I tried closing and opening AE, rebooting my machine and even updating from 23.0 to 23.1.
