AE CC 2018 Crashes on Startup when cleaning up animation composer

Hey Guys.

So i decided to upgrade from Animation composer 2, to animation Composer 3.

Everytime i tried launching the Mister Horse Product Manager, an error showed up, that told me that its not a valid win32 application.

I read online, that removing ANC2 would help, so i did that. ( i removed it from mediacore).

And now AE crashes everytime on startup, when it comes to the cleaning up part, (animation composer, somehow, even though i uninstalled ANC2 and dont have ANC3 on my hard drive).

It tells me that AE stopped working. 

My PC Specs are the following =

-Windows 7 Ultimate

Service Pack 1

- Intel core i5-2450M 

- 4 GB Ram

-64 bit
