AE CC 2019 86:1 Error

I am having issues uploading a video that I can't seem to find any issue with. Based on

your list of acceptable formats this video should work just fine.

 

Please help I've provided images below for ref. in my issue.

Add. Info- I am using a 2016 Macbook Pro, Catalina version 10.15

    Well, virtual drives are nothing any video editing software will handle due to the background sync processes associated with these things having their dirty paws on them and thus interfering with file access. You genuinely need to manually download the file to a location outside your iCloud environment or else this will never work.
