AE Colour not matching, probably colour mgmt settings, 32bpc

This is a tough one, this 32bpc sequence does not want to look correct when dynamically linked or exported as tiff 32bpc...
It keeps getting blown out. When I tried to snapshot what it's supposed to look like.... the snapshot also looks the same so I can't even snapshot the proper intended end result.

I took a photo of my screen with my phone to show how its meant to look, but when shown here it looks exactly the same…? 

If I change to 32bpc in Color Settings- Bit Depth, then the footage gets washed out…

edit: Can anyone link me to a tutorial to learn about these colour mgmt intricacies, they are my weak point
