AE Crash log error

Hello, I am hoping someone can help with a recent crash error I am getting when trying to open After Effects.

I used After Effects the previous week and there were no issues. I haven't upgraded my software or made any changes since.

 

I am now unable to open After Effects or any AE files and I am getting an error ( please see screenshot attached)

"Last log message was: <9902> <DynamicLink> <5> Increase wait time to 2"

 

I have uninstalled AE and reinstalled it but no change. I am on macOS Catalina version 10.15.1

Can someone please help as I have a client deadline this week and really need this to be fixed...

Hi isap27800030,

 

Sorry for your issue.

Are you on M1 or Intel-based Mac? Do you get any crash reports? Also, do you get the Migrate Settings options every time you open After Effects? Try choosing Do Not Migrate and see if that brings any change.
