I am having a problem when I opening an AE file, it will just crash and start showing this message.

Let me know what is the solution for this.

Hi there,

I can't find the crash report. Do you mind sharing it again?

Thanks,

Hi dd234490157ufd,

When does it crash? Is there anything specific or it's random? Are you using any third-party plugins? Also, does it generate any crash report: https://community.adobe.com/t5/after-effects-discussions/faq-how-to-find-after-effects-crash-logs-on-your-computer/td-p/10333124

Let us know we are here to help.

Thanks,

Nishu.
