AE crashing on startup gpusniffer

ever time i start up ae I get crash in progress last logged message was: 4716 <GPUmanger>  <2> sniffer result code 3. I even tried downgrading my version. Still same error

Im pissed. I cant find anything. Nobody is responding, i look all over the internet still the same issue. im going insane. Found a fix but i cant use plugins. HOW CAN I FIX THIS? MY PREVIOUS  COMPUTERS I HAVENT HAVE THESE ISSUES even on intel hd 4000 i didnt have this. IM going insane. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME. PLEASE.

after going on gpu sniffer i get "loadlibary n disabled" how do i  fix this

That's an old version. I may not be able to suggest many troubleshooting steps as the version is outdated. You can try updating your OS and GPU drivers and see if that helps.
