AE crashing whole system

I also have the same problem, a few days ago I posted it but until now there is no solution to the problem, what I can do now is look for the lowest version to reduce the freezing problem.

Hi everyone!

I currently have the completely same problem:

– I have the same computer as shown in the MegaKenn screenshot

– My computer behavoiour the same way: first it freezes AE with the OS, after few seconds also the mouse, then hard reboot. Every time, as when I do the simplest things as when I work on big projects.

– I have the last version of mac os and of every Adobe software I use

– AE is the only software that makes my mac crash. Every other software works perfectly.

The only one thing I noticed it's that it seems to happen only when I work on a project for a while. If I create a new project it works well, after some sessions it freezes.

Please help: AE is one of the main softwares I use and I can't work like that.

Mmh, it drags down your whole graphical UI because the AE app is either waiting for an external system command or is expected to send soem sort of keep alive. At least that much seems for sure. Maybe that intel vs. AMD/ Nvidia madness? or the graphics drivers for Ventura are simply garbage. Either way, I'd check my display system panel and see if there are updated drivers available plus I would check the two graphics device and disable one of them or in the app info itself try to do so. I'm not a current Mac guy (had a MBP several years ago, though), so bear with me if this is a bit vague, but there should be options to control this.
