AE CS6 Response Code “unable to process request”

Hi there,

I am having with this problem tyring to register after effects losing a harddrive.

It wont activate online so i need to do it offline, i sucessfully did this with

CS design and web premium but when i try with AE i am getting 

“unable to process request” error once i enter my request code and serial.

Tried a different machine and network to no avail.

I trid chat support but he couldnt help and suggested i post here in the hope a

CS6 vetern could help.
