AE doesn't recognize projects correctly (and the layers too)

Hi, there!

AE isn't recognizing any of my PSD projects correctly. Sometimes it imports a different project from the one I selected. Other times, it gets the right project, but all the layers are corrupted. Seems like some kind of bug.

It is happening in 2018 and 2019 versions. This issue just go away when I use 2017 version or older versions (really weird).

Anyone have seen this happening too? I don't have any more ideias of how to fix it.
