AE Download struggles, no set up page

Trying to download after effects, first it was the no disk in drive which i cleared up but when i open the ae setup/installer (which downloads fine) a blank page opens. there is nothing on it, no button saying "download" to click. just blank white, what do ya all know? Thanks!

    Sorry, but your post is rather useless. You have not provided any system info nor mentioned which version you are actually trying to install. From the sound of it you attempt to install an older version on a modern operating system and in this case these could simply be unresolvable compatibility issue. Again - we can't know. You have not told us anything useful.

    Im trying to download cc2017, the installer downloads and from there nothing will open up or actually install.  After i cleared the no disk in drive error and re downloaded the set up, no error pops up, but the installer window is a blank white screen, it opens but there are no install options.  More helpful?
