Correct answer Mylenium

AE cannot process any image larger than 32000 pixels. It's a general limitation. This will never work. You need to split up the file.

thanks,

but I wonder how they do scrolling web pages as I see in the news or some television programms, if there is any video that explains that ( a full page scrolling and showing diagonally or whatever on screens)

Impossible to know. You have not provided any info about the image itself, how it was captured/ generated or details about your system. That said, of course the image simply could indeed be too large just as it could be damaged, making AE think it's not valid. Either way, you have to be more specific. Also start by actualyl checking the image in Photoshop or an image viewer. If it doesn't load there, you at least know something is fundamentally wrong.

thanks for answering me,

the image  was captured using fast stone capture (2835x68740 of resolution) - but also tried to use other captures using other tools but the same problem occurs

it loads well on gimp and keynote and paint s and pages as well even if it takes about 5s  to load

I'm using a macbook pro i7 2.8Gh quad core (and 8 logic) 16ram working under catalina Macos

graphic cards: intel 1.5 Go and Nvidia geforce 1Go
