AE error 16

I have recently reinstalled Adobe CS6 Master Collection and the only app that seems not to be working is AE, I keep getting a error 16 code and the app never opens. Can someone please help?

      I did exactly what that link tell me to do, but I still have the error 16 while opening every Adobe app except for Photoshop
