AE export in Media Encoder freeze/hang with new video card

Hi all,

Recently, I got a new video card (RTX 3060 Ti) and it works really well, but I've just had a couple of issues. The one I'm trying to resolve right now is this one:

When I export a project (fairly heavy, lots of effects) the render bar on Media Encoder just stalls at blue (with the stripes). It just doesn't move. This worked perfectly fine with my previous video card.

Render settings:

1440p60 | Bitrate: VBR 1-pass set at 20 | Use Maximum Render Quality Enabled | Profile: Main

Again, these settings and everything else worked perfectly fine with my old card. I've tried with and without GPU acceleration.

Note: Render queue inside AE works fine, but I really prefer to export in mp4.
