AE exports movie with 2 dark lines

Hi

I am trying to export a movie in AE (or animated gif) and I get in result movie with 2 dark lines at the sides.

It happened few times with different movies and Gifs regardless of the content of the file..

Hope you can help me.

    I Succeed to fix it!

    1. Fit to comp - as you suggested

    2. Fix the size of the canvas  419X789 >>>>420X780

    3. Made sure that thees dimensions are accurate in the Adobe Media Encoder Export window.

    You must be sure you content is 100% fill the composition you want to render, E.g if you have a white background, right click on this background than go Transform>Fit to comp, and some time this can happen when you convert your video file to GIF, so the better way to do this is to open your video file on photoshop and crop it if necessary than export to GIF

      I did what you suggest (Fit to comp), but still get the lines. (see on the left).

      When I need a GIF I can fix in Photoshop, but this time I need a video.
