AE keeps crashing during pre-render of certain projects

Everytime i open certain projects and try to pre-render and preview them my ae will just freeze and crash where its not pre-rendered, this has only started happening recently, help would be appreciated

    Do you see any error messages or crash reports? Does it happen in all the projects? Also, is there a specific time in the Timeline where After Effects crashes? Let us know your system specifications. To start, try running After Effects in Safe Mode with third-party plug-ins disabled.
