Question

AE keeps crashing when I close the app and occasionally crashes during my work flow.

Can anyone help with this ? 
not sure if I need to re-install the whole application to resolve this issue. 

 

 

Steps to reproduce:
    1. ... Open app and Close app. 
 
Result: ... -> app crashes. 
Expected: ... 
 
System info
    Application: After Effects v23.5.0.52
    OS: macOS v13.4.1, RAM: 16.00 GB GB, CPUs (logical): 12

Sorry about the crash. Do you have any third-party plugins? If so, try removing them temporarily and see if that helps.

I would guess there are not many solutions left that you can do. Would you try to use CC Cleaner tool?

You remove the third-party plug-ins if you use them.
