AE literally insta crashes

Ive been having a problem with after effects, I dont know if its causes by this but when im using a project with a Dynamic link conection, everything goes whell until it crashes, and then with only tryin to reopen the project it instracrashes again. its not a heavy project, im only doing some text animations. so I dont know what could be causing it. am using the 23.6 version.

Sorry for the crash. Do you see this issue while using Dynamic Link between Premiere Pro and After Effects? Please ensure that both apps are on the same version for best compatibility. If you're seeing this issue despite using the same version of apps, please let us know if you're seeing this with specific or all projects. You can also try running the Safe Mode (Edit > Preferences > Startup and Repair > Start in Safe Mode) with third-party plugins disabled to check if the issue is with the Preferences or a plugin.

Hi yes, both of the programs are on tha same version, and even with the safe mode the issue continue happening

but its defitnitly when using the dinamic link

Are you using a Nvidia GPU? If so, donwgrade the GPU driver a version and see if that brings any change.
