AE Low Memory

I've started getting low memory warnings again with 24.2.1 build 2 and Sonoma 14.3.1. This on simple, undemanding renders with an M2 and 96GB.

No low memory warnings so far with the beta.

Glad to hear that. Thanks for updating the thread.

The team is actively working on making After Effects better. Let us know if you encounter this again in the beta version. The improvement will be made to the official version soon.

Any chance you are able to install the 24.4 AE Beta from the Creative Cloud Desktop. There are fixes for Mac M2/M3 machines around memory management in that (in 24.3 and 24.4). It would be good to know if the fixes resolve your issue.
