i have 32g of ram and 12 core cpu and 4070, editing in 1080p tho i have this memory error.

Which effects are you using? Is this happening in a particular project or all of them? Are you using any other resource-intensive application? If yes, see if closing that app helps. Are there any third-party plug-ins in use?
