AE motion graphics template export to Premiere - incorrect formatting/animation in Premiere

We've created compositions in After Effects that we are exporting as motion graphics templates to use in Premiere.
When we import them into Premiere essential graphics panel and place them in a sequence timeline, the formatting and animation is incorrect.
See attached screenshot. On left is After Effects, on right is program window in Premiere.
The coloured border is wrongly sized. Also 2 lines of text don't animate on or off like they do in the After Effects composition.
AE comp is 1920 x 1080 23.97p square pixels
Premiere sequence is 1920 x 1080 23.97p square pixels
Using latest versions of Premiere (Version 15.2.0 Build 35) and After Effects (Version 18.2.1 Build 😎
We tested the .mogrt templates on both a Windows 10 and a Mac Pro computer, same issue in Premiere.
