Ae plugins not opening

Hey Adobe Users

 

So basically I reinstalled my Windows couple days ago

 

Since then my plugins stopped working

 

I can see them in the tab but can't open them.

 

I have the last version of After Effects

    That link is for GEOlayers 3, but the same form can be used for Flow by changing the Product pop-up menu.

    Did you reinstall a backup version of your windows? 
    Which version ?

    have you tried resetting After effects  preferences and reinstalling a fresh version of each plugin?

    It was a fresh windows install

    It's the last version of Windows 11, previously I also had windows 11 and they were working.

    I reinstalled once After Effects and erased all the settings and plugins then tried to reinstall the plugins but got the same issue
