AE/PR not using all ram - 96gb installed using only 64gb

I recently installed another 32gb of ram in my system to bump it up from 64gb to 96gb to speed up AE and PR.

Unfortunately neither Premiere Pro or After Effects is using the newly installed ram and both apps are showing only 64gb of ram available.

I have purged cache and restarted my computer but can't get it to show up. Anyone have an idea why this might be happening?
