Question

AE project file are jinxed (can't move keyframes)

One composition, one layer, one simple "transform" effect. And 3 keyframes. I can't move them to left or right. Can't call a right-mouse-button menu on them.

Tried:

AE2018-Win7

AE2021-Win10

Any ideas?

50000 frames? That's insane! AE is a compositing tool meant for short snippets with effects, not a long-form video editing app. At the very least try and split the layers at the relevant points, but otherwise I'm pretty sure you have reached some limit and/ or AE is simply trying to update its data and running out of memory or the cache is freezing. It really looks like that's just a bad workflow by using the wrong tool for something that would liekly be doen much better in Premiere, no offense.

oh really? Does AE supports 50000-frames-composition? Yes. It support up to 3 hours composition. So it must work correctly with this. And i opened another (not jinxed) project, which have a 99000 frames (that it twice more than 50000), and keyframes easily moving. What is this? Magic? No. This is AE, and don't put in on me. No offense.

I don't know what is happening but if I move them in the graph editor and then back to the keyframe editor, I can move them. Also, without moving them in the graph editor, I can move them using the shortcut COMMAND/CTRL+Right/Left Cursor.

It woulb be interesting if any of the people from the Adobe team could check your attache project.
