AE rgb mix color

hey guys, is it possible to select one color using set matte or any other plugin in AE cs6? the png sequences is a mix of rgb color . say i want to select blue only,is it possible?

possible?

    i try to use set matte but it select only the most blue color,but the blue mix with green is not selected
