AE to AME Problem

Hi! I'm exporting from AE to AME and when I go to export, it doesn't even try to load to the Dynamic Server Link. Other times, it often just says, "Project could not be opened." This only happens when I apply the effect, Twixtor, a plug-in. Please help me ASAP and thank you!

What's the version of After Effects and Media Encoder you're using: https://community.adobe.com/t5/after-effects/faq-how-to-find-the-exact-version-of-after-effects-you-re-using/td-p/9972137 

Please try disabling the firewall and antivirus and see if it brings any change.
