Thanks for getting back, roderick lc.

Sorry to hear that you're facing a similar issue, anthonyc.

Is your OS installed in any other language which is not English? Have you tried with files that have a smaller resolution, roderick lc?

    Thanks,

    Rameez

Yeah OS is in English. I just needed to clear my cache in the end with resolved my issue. Bit of a heavy projects.

Thanks for letting us know that clearing the cache resolved it for you.

Does it work for you, roderick lc?

    Thanks,

Running latest available After Effects 16.1.1 (build4) and Media Encoder 13.1 (build 173)  on Mac 10.14.4 working with 8k VR (3d) Compositions 7680x7680.

Since doing the latest upgrades, my after effects is not sending the files to media encoder. I have cleaned databases, emptied cache and so on.  I have rebuilt the project from scratch. Still no luck. What do I do? Any suggestions?

    Hi roderick lc,

Do you mean to say that when you try to send your comp, it launches Adobe Media Encoder but the comp never shows up?

I tried this on my Mac with Mojave 10.14.4 and it works properly.

One thing you can try is to launch AME before sending your comp and have it open in the background. Then queue your files to it and see if it works.

Another thing to note is that you're working with 8K VR comps which are huge, so, I'd suggest that you wait for AME to show your files.

    Thanks,

    Rameez
