Ae wont start

I have the latest verison of Ae and i get an error msg (0xc0000142) the program could not load. Has anyone had this problem?

Without any system info and details from the crash log we can't tell you much. Typically this indicates a driver crash due to a missing or wrong version DLL or possibly security and permissions issues. Start by checking for this stuff. Anything more will require proper information.
